Electro Galvanized Steel Wire

General Introduction: Electro galvanized wire is our featured product. It is made by means of wire drawing followed by heat treatment and electro galvanizing.
Materials: Carbon steel wire, mild steel wire.
Wire diameter: BWG8 to BWG16.
We also offer thinner wire down to BWG5 or up to BWG28 upon customers specific order.
Packing: In coils or spools. Single coil package can be as small as 10 kg and up to maximum 1000 kg per coil.
Advantages: Thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc.
Forms of Supply: Can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Applications: This kind of industrial wire is mainly used in construction, making of wire nails and wire ropes, express way fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.

Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Wire

General Introduction: Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Wire is also known as hot dipped galvanized wire or thermal galvanized wire. It is made by mean of wire drawing followed by heat treatment and zinc plating.

Wire Materials: Iron wire, carbon steel wire.

Advantages: Excellent flexibility and softness. The zinc coating can be 100g/m2, 200g/m2 and 300g/m2.  Single coil package for hot-dip galvanized iron wire can be different from 10 kg to 1000 kg. 

Application: As tying wire in agriculture for vines and orchards, as weaving wire in the fencing and netting industry, as material for packaging of products and other daily uses.

Annealed Wire
 
 
Black annealed wire comes in the form of coil wire or cut wire. Going through the processing of annealing, the iron wire becomes soft and more flexible.

Materials: Mild steel.
Advantage: Excellent softness and flexibility compared with galvanized iron wire or plain iron wire.
Application: Mostly used in construction or daily use as binding wire or wire ties.
Sizes: Wire Gauge BWG8 to BWG22.

Packing of Annealed Wire: According to the customers' requirements. 

PVC Coated Steel Wire

We offer electro galvanized wire, hot-dipped galvanized wire, annealed wire, barbed wire and PVC coated iron wire to customers.

PVC Coated Wire is manufactured with quality iron wire with plastic covering or plastic coating.

Features: PVC coated iron wire offers low cost, resilient, fire retardant and possesses good insulating properties.

Colors Available for PVC Coated Wire: Green and black. Other colors also available on request.
