TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE:
1.The material is lead brass (GB 4425-86,HPB-95-1) forged with advanced non-oxidation technology. Mechanical strength is good with fine and clear outline .
2.The flattening on the bended portion of copper tube is 90%-106% of the tube diameter . Wall thickness reduction is less than 30%. No bending lines inside of tube .
3.The verticality tolerance of copper tube end plane is less than 3 degree .
4.Automatic welding technique is used on the joints of copper tube and brass base . Welding filler is applied to full position . No air cavities and over burning. No leakage under 3 minutes of 4.5 MPA pressure test .
5.Surface is non-chrome oxidation treated for good welding performance .
