Structure:
The machine mainly consists of feeding department, barrel department, discharge department, transmission department (reducer, small transmission gear, electric motor and electric control), etc. Barrel welded with steel plate, using screw bolts to join the two ends and the sleeve shaft for input and output together, sustaining horizontally on two bearings. There are adjustable material-leading pipes in the sleeve shaft for input and output to pass. Tube inwall contains wear-resisting or batching welts and the tube cavity have certain grinding media (ball or rod) and raw materials.
Chief advantages
The end for discharge has grid plates. It makes a feature of low liquid level for discharge to output the ore powder timely, less over crushed materials and high crushing capacity-10~15% higher than overflowing ball mill of the same specification.

Working principle:
When the barrel revolves round the horizontal shaft at the proper speed, under the function of centrifugal force, mixture will rise in the barrel and then break from the tube inwall and fall along the locus of parabola under the function of gravity. The grinding of materials, on the one hand comes from huge impact from heavy medium (ball or rod) to materials, on the other hand from the friction and extrusion between materials and the medium, friction between materials and the tube inwall and rolling of materials in the tube. The ground materials enter from the feed opening constantly in succession and finished products come out from the other end of the mill in virtue of the urgent force\water power (wet production) or wind power (dry production) and the extracting function of upgrade the grid plant.
