Highlights projects for Our Company.
1. While wind power generation is expected to be highly potential in China, we worked jointly with Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, the prestigious authority in the field of bearing, and have successfully developed the 1.5-megawatt blade bearings,2 megawatt shaft bearings for wind turbines. Mass production 750 KW yaw bearings and blade bearings for Hangzhou clients.
2. Parades in a grand celebration marking the 60th founding anniversary of New China on 1st Oct. 2009, our bearing used on the Vehicle-borne Radar of the signalman Square accepted President Hun Junta's parade.
3. It is by us that the bearings of the offshore Yuan Wang Monitoring Ships for Zhengzhou V and Zhengzhou VI Satellites were developed and manufactured. Moreover, we've also manufactured the Change's Satellite’s 50-meter antenna Dock and its bearing for some research institute for China’s national defense. All these bearings have been proven to be huge successes. At present, our company received an order 65-meter antenna dock bearing, this is a new State exploration project, and the diameter is biggest in china.
4. We designed and manufactured the slewing bearing for the 18.5 thousand Ton oil press machine (largest oil press in the world) project for CITIC.
5. Our company successful developed the new model slewing bearing for the Chinese Academy of Sciences; such ball slewing bearing is used for the observatory, high precision and special structure bearings. Our clients give a high praise for our product.
6. We developed the rotary bearing of ladle turret, (132.50.3940.03K) for the domestic large-scale steel plant. Not only does it replace the imported bearing from SKF (Sweden)From 2008 to 2009,we manufactured the slewing bearings for ladle turret, external diameter 4500mm(320T ladle turret),4700mm(360 T ladle turret),are the biggest slewing bearings for ladle turret at that time in China. 7. The FCD4466230 rolling mill bearing, which was manufactured by us for Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group’s thick-plate straightening machines, successfully replaced the imported bearings and was highly praised by our customers. Also Fund supported By Luoyang government.
