Introduction
FeSi briquette is produced from fresh 50% to 75% ferrosilicon fines generated through lump crushing operations. No sand or other aggregate fillers are used. The silicon recoveries from these products are very silimar to that of lump ferrosilicon. Si briquettes may be used as direct replacements for ferrosilicon bricks,lump ferrosilicon,and silicon carbide.
Application
(1)FeSi briquette is extensively used in steel-making, casting non-ferrous metals and other industrial production.It is good deoxidizer for most steel smelting.
(2)FeSi briquette is used as sedimentary accretion and expanding deoxidizing.This kind ferro alloys is used to improve the strength, hardness and elasticity of steel.
