1. Container house is constructed using lightweight steel. Its wall surface is covered by a composite wallboard (the exterior layer is a colored steel contour plate and the interior layer is a decorative plank).
2. The roofing, floor and electrical system are all prefabricated in the factory, for convenient and quick on-site assembly.
3. The steel structure enables the house to resist wind speeds of up to 120km/h. The lightweight structure keeps the house in good condition, capable of withstanding an earthquake of up to grade 8.
