     Flyash brick machine QT6-15B can produce various hollow block, solid bricks, color/paver blocks, and curb stone blocks, etc.   This flyash brick machine adopts the platform and mould vibration: below the vibrostand, there is a vibrating box; furthermore, there is another vibrating box on top of the upper

mould. Thus, QT6-15B flyash brick machine can produce blocks with high density.
      Instead of the vibration electromotor, there are two hydraulic motors matched with QT6-15B flyash brick machine, and their vibration frequency can transform. This design will make the blocks have good quality.
      Flyash brick machine QT6-15B uses international brand-name Germany Siemens motors and Japan Mitsubishi PLC, Japan Omron limit switch, reliable quality, low fault rate and durable. The material of whole frame is national standard steel, with high strength and reliable quality. All moulds of this flyash brick  machine are processed in high temperature, can work 80000-100000 times without losing shape.
