Description of double loop fence
1. Mesh panel(Q195 iron wire)
Wire dia: usually 3.0-5.0mm
Mesh: usually 50x100, 50x150, 50x200, 60x150, 65x150, 70x150, 75x150,etc
Hight ranges from 0.43m to 2.5m
Length can reach up to 3m
Surface treatment:
t material is electro galvanized or hot dipped galvanized wire, the after welding inot panel, powder coated, pvc coated can be done
if material is black wire(without any treatment), after welding into panel, electro galvanized, hot dipped galvanized, electro gal.+powder coated, hot dipped gal.+pvc coated can be done.
2. Fence post(Q235)
Round post: usually 48mm diameter, wall thickness: 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 2, 1.3, 2.5, 2.75mm
60mm diameter, wall thickness: 1.5, 1.7, 2.0, 2.2, 2.5, 2.75, 3.0mm
Post height:
if post required to be embedded, then post height=mesh panel+10 cm(distance between panel and ground)+30 or 40cm embedded post length
If post with flange at the bottom, the post height= mesh panel height+10 (distance between panel and ground)
Surface treatment:
if material is electro galvanized or hot dipped galvanized pipe, then powder coated, pvc coated can be done.
if material is black pipe(without any treatment), then electro galvanized, hot dipped galvanized, electro gal.+powder coated, electro gal.+pvc coated can be done
Fixing accessory: 180 metal degree clamp for middle post, 90 degree metal clamp for end post
