4 Colors Paper Flexo Printing Machine
Specifications:
1) thermal Paper printing press is used for printing both paper and plastic materials, such as BOPP, PET, CPP and similar lamination materials etc.
2)Thermal Paper Printing press adopts PLC control and meter counter.
3) Thermal Paper Printing press adopts vector motor to control each printing unit tension.
4) Shaftless Inserting System: it adopts air cylinder and moving nuts to lock the plate in horizontal.
5) Ink Blade Scrape System: the scrape blade can be adjusted at random and it adopts double air cylinder to control scrape blade.
6) Printing platen Lifting System: it adopts double-cylinder to protect the cylinder when air leakage.
7) Registration Device: it adopts computer controls the synchronic vector motor by means of adjusting lead screw.
Introduction: our company is specialized in manufacturing and promoting flexo printing
machine from 2-10 colors. They are mainly used for printing all kinds of plastic film,
paper, non-woven, kraft paper, tissue, etc.

●Main motor and inking motor. speed-regulation: power saving and low working vibration.
●When the printing cylinder stops, the inking motor stops automatically, and then starts automatically when the printing cylinder starts.
●Using Japan SNK imported bearing (one-way bearing is from Germany.)
●Stop and start cylinder adopts air pressure system.
●Bottom rollers are made of Germany special steel which undergone special process and plated with 0.1mm hard chrome. Bounce is under 0.01mm.
●A-alloy guiding wheel has undergone hard anode oxidation, dynamic balance and static balance
●With independent drying oven and cool air forming fan, can effectively prevent ink adhesion after printing.
●Taiwan automatic gas hydraulic EPC control system is adopted for unwinding.
●Rewinding and unwinding adopt magnetic powder, and automatic constant tension control system.
