Wood frame joints are conducted with spike & nails, using a small piece of triangle wood to reinforce its internal structure for durability and non-deformation. Coating is the high-quality laminated plywood to modify and specify its shape and design.
Sponge:
High density, high resilience rebound sponge. No sagging. When you sit on it, you'll feel its coziness and comfort. Reach the national certificate for sponge, top grade: 3A. finely cut and is environmental protection adhesive is used for the attachment on the frame.
Quality Control:
1) before the order confirmation, material and color of the chosen sample are check to see if they are avaible or not, to make sure the product is in accordance with the customers' requirement.
2) Different phases of the whole production is check and examine to ensure the quality;
