Different materials can be chosen as the inner conductor based on users' requirements such as CU, CCA and CCS wires; and different materials can be chosen as the outer conductor based on users' requirements such as copper wire, tinned copper wire and aluminum alloy wire.

The dielectric of full of micro bubbles formed in physical technology combines the inner conductor as an integer. Therefore in that way the cable is moisture proof and aging resistant. It is evident that the characteristics of the cables made of physical bubbles are much better than chemical bubbles, especially the rather limited attenuation of the dielectric.

Jacket is made of PVC or PE in black or other colors, combining the flooding compound to protect efficiently the inner structure. Cables in different colors are UV resistant, and suitable for the projects indoor or outdoor. The cables with PE jacket are more suitable for underground engineering.
