The twin-screw extruder is used extensively for mixing, compounding, or reacting polymeric materials. It is an important component in extrusion of PVC production. High quality conical twin-screw extruder, advance unique screw with effective plasticization and the science design ensure high efficiency extrusion of PVC.
The ideal of flexible plasticization ensure the good quality of PVC pipe, profile, sheets, etc;
Dependable and the external cycling temperature control system of two stage screw core confirm the production of high quality PVC production in different prescription;

Features and application
The series extruders with appropriates diemould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic especial pvc powder into pipe ,plate sheet, film and profile,and also provide function of modifying and pelleting.
The extruders are derived by D.C motor with a thruster to steeples regulate, It is also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system, the screws core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil. It includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
