Application:
1. the waterproof for indoor and outdoor concrete structure, precast concrete structure, brick wall and so on
2. underground car parks, tunnels, drainage and water supply pipes, walls, floor, roof floor, swimming pool, kitchen, water tank and other waterproof projects
3. the waterproof for the place that may appear slight vibration, movement, structural cracks and pipes, or the after pouring area
Note:
type I applies to non-permanent flooding and large displacement grassroots area
type II applies to long-term flooding and small displacement grassroots
Surface Treatment:
1. the surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials
2.the obvious pore and hole must be silted up by the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out
3. moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation
Operation Process:
1. mixing ratio: type I: 25kg powder + 18kg additive
type II 25kg powder + 13kg additive
2. pouring the additives into the container, and then slowly pour the powder and stir them into a uniform powder-free and with no deposit paste
3. during the operation, keep intermittent stir to avoid precipitation
4. using brush or roller to brush on the surface of the basic construction directly, do not leak anywhere. one time for anti-damp, second time for waterproof.
Tips:
a. dealing with the surface according to the requirements, if under the heat and sun exposure, cooling the surface in order to reduce the temperature.
b. using brush , brushing the mixed slurry on the surface evenly and make sure no flaws and vulnerabilities.
c. after the first time of brushing ,wait for about 2-4 hours , brushing the second time, the direction should be opposite for the two times.

Normal Amount:
Type I:
1. for moisture proofing, brushing one time with the thickness about 0.6~0.8mm,about 43~55m2/flat according to the smooth of the surface
2.for water proofing, brushing second time with the thickness about 1.2~1.5mm, about 20~25m2/flat according to the smooth of the surface
Type II:
1. for moisture proofing, brushing one time with the thickness about 0.6~0.8mm,about 25~35m2/flat according to the smooth of the surface
2. for water proofing, brushing second time with the thickness about 1.2~1.5mm, about 20~25m2/flat according to the smooth of the surface
(Note: all the above amounts are based on flat surface)
Cautions:
1, do other covers after the waterproof layer totally dry.
2.for a better effect, do not operate under -5℃ or particularly damp and unventilated situation
3. never mix the dry slurry with water and use again
4. for the nodes, should process in accordance with relevant requirements, add a fiber layer
5. under special situation, our company can provide operation scheme by the technical department.
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
