Features:

Application:
1, the rigid waterproof for underground engineering and hydraulic engineering, e.g. basements, bridges, cooling towers, kitchens, roofs, tunnels, swimming pools and so on. can be the waterproof both for the positive and back sides.
2, for the open-air environment, water used in concrete structures, appropriate measures should be adopted
3, for the structure that cracks may change, using flexible material to fill the downing crack, deformation crack, the Cement-based permeating crystalline-type waterproof material is not suitable.
4, under 4℃, do not operate.
Surface Treatment:
1, the surface should be stable, clean, smooth, no dust, no oil, no shedding, and other detrital materials
2, the obvious pore and hole must be silted up by the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out, recommend the cement mortar additive that mixed MB NO.3 slurry
3,if the surface is dry, moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation
Operation Process:
1, base surface:
Check the concrete surface whether it has any defect, or the left steel head, organic, oil painting, and other bonding materials. For the crack, using wire brush to make it, e.g. for the crack above 0.4mm, requiring a 15*20mm U-groove, and clean the surface with wire brush or chisel or high-pressure water gun, never leave any suspended materials.
2, brushing:
(1), using semi-rigid nylon brush when coating the Cement-based permeating crystalline-type waterproof material
(2), brushing back and forth and pay attention to the force, so as to ensure the bump at full coating and with the same thickness
(3), for the operation on the plane or stage, brushing the material evenly, especially for the front and backlight sides, never make thick deposition, forbid the thick place generates crack.
(4), for the over 0.4mm crack, requiring a groove, then moist it, brushing the material of concentrate slurry, after 1.5h strengthen it with semi-feeding group of the material, then continue brushing the material, and this needs two times, after the first time about 1-2h, make the second, if for the first time the surface dries too quickly, moist it before the second time.
Tips:
dealing with the surface according to the requirements, if under the heat and sun exposure, cooling the surface in order to reduce the temperature.
b, using brush , brushing the mixed slurry on the surface evenly and make sure no flaws and vulnerabilities.
c, after the first time of brushing ,wait for about 2-4 hours , brushing the second time, the direction should be opposite for the two times.
Normal Amount:
1.2~1.4kg/m2
Thickness: 1.0~1.2mm
Ratio: powder: additive: water= 25: 3:5~7
Cautions:
1, do other covers after the waterproof layer totally dry.
2, for a better effect, do not operate under -5℃ or particularly damp and unventilated situation
3, never mix the dry slurry with water and use again
4, for the nodes, should process in accordance with relevant requirements, add a fiber layer
5, under special situation, our company can provide operation scheme by the technical department.
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
