The products are qualified by State Supervision Detection Center of Work Safety for mining equipment and each indicator is reached or higher the state and the industrial standards.
With advantages of safe and reliable, long operating life,lower electrical power consumption and small volume,light weight, no pollution, maintenance-free and easy to use,and so on. The product can be applied in coal mine, petroleum,chemical, railway, transportation, Electric power, tunnel, exploration and tourism industry and especially can be used as safty lighting and rescuing lighting in flammable explosive environment.

We choose the regular factory producted lithium manganate battery and set the PTC protective resistor and vent valve between cells.With adding the charging , overdischarge and short-circuit protecting circuit in battery pack,which not only can protect lithium ion battery,but also can avoid sparks when turn on or turn down the light,or even there is external short circuit.
4.High Reliability protection circuit
The product is furnished with protection control circuit which in case it brings about strike a light, short circuit.When there is short circuit,it can cut off power in a very short time and the circuit returns to normal operation,the protection circuit can be used continously.
1)the anti-starlike rectified main circuit of protection circuit promopt the circuit reliability .
2)the protection circuit adopt the SMT chip in circuit board soldering which can avoid weak jointing, Solder Skipping.
3)During production process,each fender have to be selected underthrough strict performance test.
4)There is enough creepage distance between internal metal pieces of the head lamp and pcb,it also printed by isolated protective paint,all that can avoid causing short circuit.
5)The plastic shell of the headlamp(including the shell of the lamp holder,battery shell) with anti-static precautions can prevent the accumulation of static charge to make sure the safty operation.

The produt are designed according to the requirements of GB7957-2003 and there will no any damage even though it falls down from 2 meters high position.

The procduct can be charged with the original charger.the internal of the head lamp equipped with High—integration charging controll circuit and the voltage between 5.5v-6.5v to make sure the product can be charged in tradional lead acid battery charger rack.
