Main Features:
(1)This machine can proceed automatic operation setting and make high quality precision screen printing plate without skilled technical worker.
(2)Clamping and unfasteningscreen printing plate is operated by floor pushcontrol air clamp. It's convenient to support screen printing frame with two hands.
(3)The coating thickness is controlled by coating pressure and coating times.
(4)You can choose single-side coating and dual-side coating in the meantime, and adjust coating times front and back independently.
(5)The dual-side lift speed can be adjusted with stepless variable speed
(6)Reducing speed automatically and coating until 20mm snap-off the screen printing frame without patching edges before the end of the stroke
(7)Adopting excellent straight stripper cell is to make sure that emulsion coat averagely on the screen printing plate.
(8)Installing stainless steel kerve is to protect emulsion from dripping, clean easily, make sure that the machine is clean.
(9)Install buzzer alarm. Once coating is completed, the buzzer will ring. It is convenient for master the coating progress.
