Application: It's specially used to transport the precious goods and dangerous goods in inflammable explosive environment.
Brief introduction: it is an upgraded of the normal explosion proof hoist--it's of the following features:
(1) It's of compact structure, motor, fist brake, reducer are integrated into one unit, without coupling and 2nd bearing; and of good performance of explosion proof, safe, reliable; vastly used in the flammable, explosive environment.
(2) adding safety brake, which makes sure the safety for the precious goods and dangerous goods.
Brief introduction to the safety brake:
Application: it's specially applicable to transport the melted metals, precious goods, dangerous goods, etc. Because these goods are of highest safety request for the transportation.
Work Principal: it’s installed on the drum of hoist; when it feels the drum’s rotation speed is over the rated speed, it will brake the drum instantly and automatically.
Unique features:
(1) It never works when the hoist works normally;
(2) It brakes instantly and automatically when the lifting goods drops suddenly, maybe, because the first brake of hoist is broken, or other spare parts broken (such as the coupling broken, gear box broken, bearing scatters, etc).
(3) Its rope guider is never broken.
