The line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as agricultural and construction water supply/drain pipes, cable laying etc. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, haul off unit, cutting machine, stirring-up rack etc. The vacuum pump and the haul off motor are all adopt high quality products. Haul off unit has the traction mode such as two-claw, three-claw, six-claw and so on. It is may allocate the special installation for the manufacture of the spiral silence pipe and core layer foam pipe set according to the client's requirements.
