What is Sodium Heparin Tube?
Sodium Heparin Tube is coated with Sodium Heparin. It is used for blood sampling in clinical biochemistry, emergency care biochemical and hemorrheological tests. The anticoagulant heparin activates anti-thrombins, thus blocking the coagulation cascade and producing a whole blood/plasma sample instead of clotted blood plus serum.
