Beier produces complete, fully integrated pipe lines for the production of HDPE, PP and ABS. The extruders are equipped with the latest technology in grooved feed throat design and come with high performance barrier screws for high throughputs with excellent plastification. Our die heads are designed to operate at low melt temperatures and reduced head pressure resulting in very stable production conditions.

The complete line is controlled by a PLC which incorporates a large liquid crystal screen. The system can be set-up as a co-extrusion line.
