2. The screw and barrel of the extruder adoppts Nitriding steel. The design is reasonable, the raw material plastication effect is good, the producton is stable.
3. The shaping machine adopts centre-feeding mould, vaccum sizing, the colling adpots water spray and combined cooling mode. The pipe specification is high accurate, the surface is good.
4. It adopts special roller tractor, so that the pipe is not easy to deformate.
5. The winder is controlled by torque motor, which can effectively overcome tension defects. It adopts independent electric cabinet, so it is convenient to control and operate the winder during the process of production.
