1.Description:
E7015-A is an excellent heat-resisting steel electrodes with 0.5% Mo pearlite low hydrogen sodium type coating. It should be connected with negative polarity on DC, and use short arc. Welding can be done in all position. Before welding ,the welding piece should be heated to 90~100 degree centigrade. After welding, the welding piece should be reheated at the temperature of 605~635 degree centigrade.
2.Application:
Used to weld the boiler pipe whose work temperature is under 510 degree centigrade, as well as normal low alloy high strength steel structure.

8.Note:
Before welding , it is necessary to clean the work piece and remove the impurities such as oil ,grease rust ,moisture, and bake the electrode at the temperature of about 350 degree centigrade for one hour.
