For the turntable bearing with teeth, the gear ring should be bolted fastening. Before installing the bolts, apply a little oil to the threads of the bolts to obtain uniform friction resistance. The installation bolts should be tightened with the "star" diagram method, and the uniform tightening effect can be obtained on the circumference. Screw bolts shall be tightened in 3 cycles, and 30%, 70% and 100% of the total tightening force shall be used in each cycle. After each tightening cycle is completed, turn the ring several times and then proceed to the next tightening cycle.
