1) Alloy: A1000, A3000 and A5000 series, other alloy available.
2) The types of color coated aluminum coil: PVDF (mainly), PE and FEVE
3) Thickness of total coating: PVDF: more then 25 micron; PE, more then 18 micron.
4) Paint: PPG or Nippon.
5) Coated surface: stone veins (vertical or horizontal)
6) Gloss: meet the customer requirement
7) Interior diameter: 505mm
8) Width of color coated aluminum coil: from 800mm-1300mm, sheets are also available
Thickness of color coated aluminum coil: 0.20mm-1.22mm, sheets are also available
10) Coating hardness: (pencil hardness) more than 2H
11) Impact resistance: no cracking and peeling (50kg/cm, ASTMD-2794:1993)
