Composite Pipe High Speed Production Line PEX(PR-RT)-AL-PEX(PE-RT)

Its main combinations are five layers co-extrusion mould and ultrasonic welder and four extruders. With the experience of dozens of lines exported to foreign countries, we can now produce it with a production peed of 20 meters per minute.
To maintain the line in high performance we used AMTECH ultrasonic welder from America and laser diameter detector of British brand. The extruders are also tailor-made for the purpose. Adding that we use electro-magnetic induction heating system ,the use ratio of electricity exceeds 98% ,the cost saving of power consumption reach 50%.
