HBE-Z30 contains 17%Cr ferrite and suitable for wear-resisting.It has excellenttemperature resistance.

ØApplications:

Use in surfacing of thermostability ,rotproofness steel ,also for base layer welding of13%Cr metal as such ascontinuous caster roller backing weld.   

Ø Notes:

 1. Remove the fatigue wear and heat the roller before welding.

 2. Keeping wire dry before using.

 3. Recommended current (DCEP),wire to be incontact with the positive pole.
