PPR Pipe production Line has a high extrusion capacity by using Grandwill made plastic extruder. The low melt temperature and the special screw design insures a high efficient performance to help the whole pipe production line works very workable and liable. Comparing with the traditional extrusion line, our Grandwill PPR pipe production line can reduce the noise while the whole working process is on. The vacuum water tank and cooling tank was designed by adding the element of equal equipped spraying nozzle when the pipe products come out from the cooling line. A higher efficient cooling work is applied into cooling line to help the whole cooling process cool down the temperature linearly.
