Plastic Sheet Extrusion line is made up of Single screw exhaust plastic extruder, plate extrusion head die and three roller calendars. The structure of the unit is compacted with a good performance, special type screw and barrel design. The barrel of the main machine is heated by cast aluminum heater, blower cooling, imported electric controlling temperature, DC adjusting speed driving motor. The hard-surface gearbox can run continuously for a long time without a breakdown.
