Introduction
Geogrid is knitted by polymer yarns with high strength, high modulus and low creep and coated with advanced technology. It is specially used as the substitute of metallic mesh for longwall face recovery and you do not need to weave the mesh frequently on site before the longwall stops.
Polyester mesh is going to be lift at the position 15-25 meters away from the stopping line with winches and fixed pulley at one time. Mesh laying, lifting and advance is circulated with the share pass. Mesh application affords the technical innovation meaning to improve the longwall face recovery efficiency and security.
polyester mesh is 3-6 m wide and 50-200 m long with tensile strength ranging from 100kn/m-800kn/m. Mesh with strength 800-1000kn/m for special projects can also be supplied. We will manufacture mesh based on the parameters of longwall faces.

Functions and effects:

2. After laying on the working face at one time, it is needless to connect the mesh during working, therefore, connecting time is saved and the production efficiency is improved.
3. The flexible mesh is integral after laying, the overframe and backward movement is fast and effective. In comparison with the metal mesh, the laying is partially slow.
4.Mesh laying can be carried out together with the coal-splitting, pushing and support advance, therefore, the working speed steps up.
5.Fast laying almost has no impact on the shocks advancing speed and reduces the advanced influence of working faces on the coal wall.
6. Increase the speed of terminal mining on the working surface which is sensible to self-ignite easily and reduce the self-ignition risks.
