Xionghai Lift Magnets are designed and made for powerful lifting and safe use. These compact lift magnets are used for holding, carrying and releasing round or flat ferrous parts without any electrical power supply.
Safe and easy operation:
The handle controls an inner magnetic system for safe and easy operation. When the handle is in the "off" position the Lift magnet has almost no magnetic pull. After you press a button on the top of the handle and turn it to the "on" position, the lift magnet will have attracting pull to a steel load. For more safety, the handle has been locked at this position by a "Lock Pin" and the lift magnet will keep full magnetic pull until you manually slide back the Lock Pin and turn the handle back to the "off" position.

Constant and stable magnetic power:
The Lift Magnets have high resistance to demagnetization and is shielded from outside magnetic interference with mild steel case. The lifting value will keep constant and stable.

The Lifter can only used below 80℃. It will lose it lifting power above this temperature. It is not good to lift a thin steel plate, particularly not good to lift a thin sheet from a stack of plates.

Principles:
These are two Pole Permanent Magnetic Lifters. The two poles are at the bottom of the lifter. These lifters use high grade NdFeB Magnets for producing strong magnetic flux path through the two poles. The lifter is placed on the MS flat/block that is to be lifted. The turn of the handle in its ON position with MS flat/block/cylinders (to be lifted) at the bottom ensures completion of magnetic flux path through the MS body. The MS body gets attached to the lifter. The turn of the handle in its OFF position detaches the MS body from the magnetic lifter.
Application:
The magnetic lifters are used for loading/unloading and movement of objects within the factory premises. These can hoist iron sheets / blocks and cylinders. Due to its light weight, small size and high effort/dead weight ratio, these lifters find its use in MS fabrication, machining, steel rolling mills/industries, ship yard, warehouses, docks, press tool and plastic injection molding industries, and factories.
