Superiority:
1.The production line adopts the following steps: crushing, mixing,granulating, drying, cooling, sieving, and adding fragrance.It not onlyhas clear function, but also work as a whole. What’s more, it hasreached the flow line production standard.
2.The hard-core part of this production line is drying system. It usesthe heating way of subsection heating. The pre-drying section uses highpressure and low air flow fan, it can make the wet chicken essencegranules completely fluidize; The drying section uses low pressure andhigh air flow fan, it removes more moisture in unit time and product isdried uniformly;  The cooling section uses high air flow fan, it removesheat rapidly and reduces the temperature of product so that can meetthe requirement of water controlling and be convenient for the followingpacking process.
3.Drying medium circulation system: Blower, heater, the inlet air pipeis made of stainless steel to avoid the possibility that product beingpollutedby unclean air.
4.Quick-open structure is used between the upper and under beds of mainmachine. Traditional structure "bolted connection form" is abandoned,it’s more convenient to completely clean.
5.Hole of material separating bed boards is combined type. For frontpart, it is ligulate hole, it can guarantee material go forward smoothlywithno leaking phenomenon; For middle and back part, it is straighthole, so that hot air penetration rate is higher and heat exchange ismore sufficient.
6.The under bed is supported by stainless steel seamless steel tube. The structure is more strong and service life is longer.
7.The under bed is full welded with stainless steel to avoid sewageentering into thermal insulating layer when cleaning so that can avoidproduct’s quality being affected. What’s more, cleaning hole isconsidered and cleaning is more convenient.
8.The system is equipped with dust catching and crushing set,high-speed mixer, material transit and convey set, sieving and spiceadding integral set. This production line features high efficiency,beautiful appearance and stable performance so it is identified byseniors in our industry.
