Every light will be checked by 8 strict quality control processes before delivery!The processes includes:
1: Performance of the light's structure Test.
2: Electric Performance Test.
3: Optics Performance Test.
4: Grounding Resistance Test.To prevent personnel and property's loss when the insulation does not work.
5: Pulling Force Test.The test is to guarantee the load-bearing effect of the relative fittings, to ensure the basic life of the light.
6: Dumping Test. The test is to guarantee that the light would not cause fire or hurting when the light is dumping.
7: Torque Force Test.To imitating the situation when the clients installing and uninstall the light.
8: Dropping Test.Simulating transportation situation. After different types of placement and shaking, the products will be in good condition.
