Their rated action temperatures range from 65 degrees to 280 degrees, the rated voltage is AC250V and rated current is 15A/10A
They are generally used in refrigerator, rice cooker, heater, coffee pot, Iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, ventilator, fan, socket, transformer, motor, etc.
Lead wire processing: In bending lead wire, do not exert too much force on the product or the wire root. Please fix the shell side of the wire and then proceed with bending. In addition, do not twist the lead wire with winding part over 3MM above the product. Pressure on lead wire is limited to 5KG, and that on product body is limited to10KG.
Installation Method: welding, riveting and fusing are applicable. Please see to it that lead wire on resin sealed side is positioned over 5MM away from the body of product. After you installation, do not pull, press or twist wire with force.
Packaging preservation methods: the shell and the contact leads of RY-type thermal link are subjected to silver-plated processing, which can result in discoloration in vulcanization, rendering difficulty in identification of surface and worsening welding capability. If stored in paper box, it must be sealed and packed by plastic bags.
