To Use Warm:
Soak in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove mask and gently place on eyes. Do not soak in boiling water.
DO NOT microwave.
To Use Cold:
Wrap in a plastic bag and store in refrigerator. For faster cooling, wrap in a plastic bag and freeze for 10-20 minutes. Unwrap mask and gently apply to face.
