1. Put PPR material and other assistant material into the mixer to mixing the material .
2. Feed into the hopper,and at the same time heat extruder keep the temperature, and make the material melting and plasticizing.
3. Then extruded by die and head and goes into vacuum calibrating device, and cooling device.
4. Then draw-off by draw-off machine and printing word by ink jet printer, then put into automatic cutting machine to finish the automatic cutting according length,then onto the stacker.
5. And the good product is packed and put into storeroom, and inferior product is crushed and recycled.
