| Description: | We are a small start up company with a great and truly unique concept. We will start out small and have high hopes to grow steadily. We produce specially designed nutritional supplements in powder form for beverages. We are looking to purchase a basic 1-2 lane machine in order to learn the equipment. thereafter purchase a larger unit. It is very important that the equipment be suitable for shorter runs. That means, easy to clean and little down time between runs. Our basic requirements are as follows: 1-2 lanes. For fine powder products. Products are not sticky like sugar. They are not heavy. Most likely an auger with an integrated agitating system will be required. We will use a 3 sided stick. There will be a wide variety of products. Most products will either be approximately 8 grams but up to 20 grams. The machine should be FDA compliant, stainless steel product contact surfaces. electrical will be 220v. It should include a print registration system with an option to retrofit with a thermal print head. The machine will only be used for powders, no liquids. the system must be able to host quick changeover capabilities. Standard ingredients will include vitamins, nutrients, botanicals, sweeteners. We will also need conveyors systems. We expect the packaging to be 24mm and 35 mm film. |
