Nothing added to our dried garlic flakes-- just dehydrated garlic. It is Great for spaghetti, stews, soups, and pasta dishes. These are also called Garlic Chips. Garlic chips should be soaked in water briefly before usaging.

All the fresh garlic from our own farm.and during plant,without any pestcide,so do not worry the pesticide ,below is the test result for pesticide from third party (CIQ).
and below is our garlic base farm plant record.and we have person in charge of our garlic base farm.
During dehydration,all the fresh garlic also need to soaked in Naclo with 200ppm consentration for about 7-8 minutes.and after soaked,will be washed in fresh water two time,so,also do not worry about naclo exist in garlic flakes.
