Performance characteristics:
1 There is no disruption or interference of the production during replacing the screen. It is convenient to wash the screen and simple operation.
2. Long lifetime screen up to 100-200 times.
3. Large filtration area from 1700cm2 to 3600cm2 ensures the production line operates smoothly in a long term.
4.With mandatory backflush function. The rate of the screen-washing pureness is more than 80%.
Applications:
It is suitable for filtering in the manufacturing of plastic, chemical fiber, rubber, adhesive glue, coating material, viscous flow material, etc. It is especially suitable for pelletizing or processing product that the materials have lots of impurities. (It is not fit for thermal sensitive and decomposable materials, such as HPVC. )
