Automatic mesh belt melt filter for extrusion plastic machine
This series of automatic mesh belt melt filter /screen changer is different from the other kinds of melt filter/hydraulic screen changer, there is no hydraulic unit, the screen changer is a unique set.
The structure of this automaic mesh belt melt filter: the main body of the screen changer(heating and cooling system are included), the electrical controlling pack( pressure meter, temperature meter,and pressure sensor are included)

The screen moves across the flow of plastic melt and a fresh screen enters as the spent filter screen exits, removing the impurities from the raw material. The belt screen changer is fitted between the end flange of the extruder and the die. A cassette holding a roll of screen filter is attached with a pressure sensor, and a pressure warning device, when the pressure is raise to the preset, it will automatically alarm, at the same time, the screen moves forward, and the cooling system begin to work, the impurity is colled and moved out with the filter screen.
