Brief introduction:
The crusher of this series is suitable for crushing varies of mid-hard and above mid-hard ores and rocks. The type of crushing chamber depend upon the size of feed and fineness of the crushed product. The standard type is applied to medium crushing,the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the shorthead is applied to fine crushing.
Operation principles:
high-efficiency cone crusher mainly consists of frame, shaft coupling, eccentric bearing, bowl shaft, crushing cone, adjustment setting, spring, triangle belt hydraulic setting, etc. And the supplementary part is made up of electric system, oil lubricating system and hydraulic clearing cavity system.
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft rotate through the belt pulley or coupling axle, and the eccentric shaft force the shaft coupling and cone rotate a revolution by a fixed point., thus enable the crushing cone swings approach and leave the surface of the crushing wall from time to time. Finally the ore will be crushed by impacting, grinding and bending in the cavity.

Adopt optimum design and combine the reasonable velocity and stroke, make the cone crusher have largest capacity at the same active cone diameter, compared with the same types, it has higher performance and capacity.
2,Even product size
Adopt laminated crushing principle, increase the ratio of the cube shape obviously, but reduce the stones of the needle shape among the end products , and the size is more even.
3,Good stability
When the steel or other materials enter into the body, which is no-demanded to be crushed, will be discharged by the safety device, and then it will be automatic recovery.
