KXM2 series moulded case circuit breaker
Application:
KXM2 series moulded case circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker),adopt advanced international design and technical manufacture to research and develop this new type circuit breaker, it has overload, short circuit, undervoltage protection devices, can avoid circuit and power supply devices damage by overload, short circuit, undervoltage etc situation.
It can be classified into L type(Standard type), M type(higher breaking capacity type),H type(Highest breaking capacity type) by its rated limitation short circuit breaking capacity(Icu).
1.Rated isolation voltage: AC 50Hz 690V
2.Moulded case rated current:63A,100A,225A,400A,630A,800A
3.High Breaking capacity: Maximum can reach 100kA
4.Rational design, safe and reliable, small volume, light weight, elegant appearance, short flashover(some specification no flashover), anti-vibration, it's ideal product for land use and vessel use
5.Complete Accessories, rapid installation, convenient usage, strong applicability
6.Can be installed vertically or horizontally.

1).No code for circuit breaker of distribution; circuit breaker of electromotor protection be expressed by code 2
2) No code for direct operation; electric operated be expressed by code P; turning handle operation be expressed by code Z
Classification:
1.By pole: 2P(100A,225A),3P and 4P(KXM2-800 no 4P). Neutral pole in 4P have 4 types:
A type: N pole don't install over current tripping mechanism, and N pole connected all the times, not connect/disconnect with other three poles
B type: N pole don't install over current tripping mechanism, and N pole connect with other three poles(N pole connect firstly and disconnect later )
C type: N pole install over current trip mechanism, and N pole connect with other three poles(N pole connect firstly and disconnect later )
D type: N pole install over current trip mechanism, and N pole connected all the times, not connect/disconnect with other three poles
2.By rated current(A):
KXM2-63 have 6A,10A,16A,20A,25A,32A,40A,50A,63A nine grades(6A without overload protection)
KXM2-100 have 10A,16A,20A,25A,32A,40A,50A,63A,80A ,100A ten grades(10A without overload protection)
KXM2-225 have 100A,125A,140A,160A,180A,200A,225A seven grades
KXM2-400 have 225A,250A,315A,350A400A five grades
KXM2-630 have 400A,500A,630A three grades
KXM2-800 have 630A,700A,800A three grades
3.By wire connecting: front panel connection, back panel connection, plug-in type
4.By current tripping mechanism type: electromagnetism (double) type, electromagnetism (instantaneous) type.
Normal working and installation criteria:
1. Altitude lower than 2000m
2. Surrounding neurogen temperature should lower than +40℃(vessel product should lower than 45℃) and should higher than -5℃
3. Pollution degree: III
4. Humidity-resistant ability
5. Anti-oil mist and anti-smoke ability
6. Maximum gradient:±22.5°
7. Can reliable work under vessel normal vibration condition
8. Can reliable work under earthquake(4g)
9. The place should without explosion dangerous media/neurogen, and the media should without corrosive goods to metal and damage goods to isolator and no conducting dust
10. The place can't hit by snow or rain directly.

2.KXM2-100,225 two poles only have 210,310,220,320,230,330; KXM2-100,225 four poles circuit breaker without 218,318,348;N pole A type and D type without 240,340,260,360,268,368
3. KXM2-400,KXM2-630 and KXM12-800's 248,348,278,378 auxiliary contact is a pair of contact(one normally open, one normally close),268,368 auxiliary contact have three pairs contact.
Order instruction:
For example:
1.If order KXM2-100M three poles, for electromotor protection. Rated current 80A and with shunt tripping mechanism(MX), auxiliary contact (OF), front panel wire connecting and 2 sets with mechanical interlocking device, can be written as:KXM2-100M/33402 In=80A, front panel wire connecting 2 sets with mechanical interlocking device, tripping device coil, voltage:AC230V
2.If order KXM2-225 4 poles, for distribution, rated current 180A with electric operation device and shunt tripping mechanism, N pole with over current tripping mechanism, and N pole connect with other three poles, back panel wire connecting 10 sets. Can be written as: KXM2-225P/4310C, In=180A, back panel wire connecting 10 sets, electric operation voltage: AC230, tripping mechanism coil voltage: AC230V
