Features:HBE-309L consists of low C-22Cr-12Ni and suitable for all positions welding . Stable electric arc ,less apatter and better slug detachability when welding . By decreasing carbon content below 0.04%, it can effectively prevent the intergranual corrosion without stable elements Nb and Ti ,and it has low sensitivity of welding crackle .HBE-309L has better the intergranular corrosion resistance than HBE-309.
Applications:To be used on the same type of stainless steel welding ,composite steel and dissimilar steel welding and back welding of stainless steel clad plates . In the hard facing and repair surface process of carbon steel and low alloy steel ,it also can be apply to back welding of 308 stainless steel .
Note: 1.Ensure the purity of shielding gas and mixing ratio of properly mixed gas is well controlled ,with flow at 20-25L/min.
2. Keep the electrode extension between 15-25mm.
3. Recommended current (DCEP)Wire to be in contacted with positive pole.
4. Please clean the appearance of base metal before welding .
5. Use the wire under the best possible condition . It should be used up as soon as possible if it's unpacked .
