◎Application

KXQ2 series dual power automatic transfer switch (hereinafter referred to as switch) adopt mini high breaking capacity circuit breaker, only for power switching between 2 power supplies, can't be used into main power switch, apply to dual power supply system of 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current lower than 63A, for switching commonly used power and standby power by automatic or manual operation. This transfer switch mainly used in the place which need dual power like hospital, market, bank, chemical and industry, high building, military installation etc for power switching.

◎Normal working criteria:

The altitude of installation place should lower than 2000m

Surrounding max temperature can't exceed +40℃, min temperature can't lower -5℃, and average temperature can't exceed +35℃ in 24h;

Atmospheric relative humidity should lower than 50% when the temperature is +40℃, higher relative humidity is acceptable when the temperature lower than +40℃, max relative humidity can reach 90% when the temperature at +20℃, should consider condensation condition which may caused by temperature changing;

No dangerous explosion neurogen, and no corrosive gas or dust in the neurogen to corrode metal or destroy isolator(include conducting dust);

Installation place shouldn't have obvious impact or shake

◎Structure and performance

KXQ2 dual power automatic transfer switch have reasonable structure, convenient to operate, mainly consist of power transfer perform circuit breaker, switch have 3 positions to select: status I: N switch on, R switch off; status II: N switch off, R switch on; status III: N switch off, R switch off; switch have small volume, light weight, stable performance etc features, get good reputation from customers.

Manual operation, press the button to "Manul" position, push the manual handle clockwise till end point, standby power perform circuit breaker QR switch off, commonly used power perform circuit breaker QN switch on; push manual handle anticlockwise to end point, standby power perform circuit breaker QR switch on, commonly used power perform circuit breaker QN switch off.

Panel indication: power indicator light off means input power fault, can't operate switch, can make automatic operation after repair to normal, press the button to "Automatic" position, transfer switch can operate commonly used power perform circuit breaker QN in to switch on status if commonly used power in normal power supply condition, on panel of commonly switch N power indicator light on; power supply automatic transfer to standby power QR if commonly used power fault, standby R power indicator light on. External connect signal light, this switch provide active signal AC200V, max current 500Ma.

◎Installation and operation method

Power input terminal should connect commonly used power perform circuit breaker QN, standby power perform circuit breaker QR 1,3,5 7 terminal. If choose 3P circuit breaker, must connect null line NN and NR, this 3P special null line terminal in the middle of the 2 sets circuit breaker, please do remember the controller wire which originally connect in the incoming wiring terminal during wiring of automatic power transfer switch
