Application:

BV series product is a classical-type vertical machining center that keeps improving and fits clients' demands. The product is characterized by large machining range, outstanding performance and wide application area. Its modular design results in the diversified configuration. Features:

-  Self-manufactured spindle

   Self-manufactured mechanical spindle with technology patent, which is equipped with blowing device and adopts high-quality bearings.

-  High-power torque motor

   The machine is equipped with a series motors of FANUC. The power of spindle motor is 11/15kw, while the servo motor is 3 or 4kw.

-  Potting technology

   Special potting technology (proprietary technology) is adopted to improve the contact rigidity by 10%-15%.

-  High-rigidity machine bed

   The machine bed adopts excellent resin sand casting, and the machine tool is very heavy with the net weight of 6,000-7,000kg.

-  Large span width of Y-shaft guides

   The span of Y-shaft guide rail is increased to 889mm, which eliminates the gravity overturning during the movement of X-shaft.

-  Worktable with large bearing capacity

   The worktable can bear the machining work of more eight and larger size.

-  High quality guide and ball screw

   X, Y, Z axis use import brand linear rolling guide and ball screw with feature of high location precision, less abrasion and good bearing capacity.

-  Automatic tool changer (ATC)

   The automatic tool changer of 24 tools shall be installed with features of rapid and accurate tool changing.
