Application:
XKR series with rotary-tilt unit are mainly applied to machine turbine wheels, small-sized dies and other complicated spare parts. It is one kind of main and necessary equipment in aviation, autos, moulds and aviation industries.

- Double pendulum turntable
Cradle-type rotary table is equipped to expand processing abilities, lower costs by reducing clapping times and improve machining precision.
- Revolving axis driving
Two revolving axes can be driven by worm gear with stability of transmission, also driven by torque motor is for option to reduce abrasion and noise and improve positioning precision and retaining ability.
- Full closed-loop control
Linear grating scale with blowing protection is applied for linear axis, precision angle encoder for revolving and waving axis.
- Large-capacity tool magazine
Large-capacity tool changer and automatic door are equipped.
- Full protective structure
The machine is designed in completely protection, as well as linear axes by stainless steel protection, and electrical cabinet with good dust-free and oil-mist proof.
- Motorized spindle system
The motorized spindle with precision cooling system features in fast speed, good rigidity and high precision.
