Structure of C Purlin Forming Machine
C Purlin machine consists of 3 tons manually decoiler, straighten rollers, holes punching device, forming rollers, hydraulic cutting device, PLC controller and stacker.
Working Process of C Purlin Forming Machine
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → straighten → rolling & forming → holes punching →hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
