It's controlled by PLC touchscreen, CH-VI type molding machine changes the way to cutting wire based on diagonal cutting
for the whole roll, and puts the steel wire into the hopper to make diagonal cutting before making the steel wire straight.
Advantage: our manufacturing cost is lower than that of CH-V type molding machine with thickness of cutting wire
reaching 200mm (the thickness of polystyrene board).
This unit adopts vertical welding type which is characterized by smooth appearance, low lack welding rate and is more
convenient for operation and maintenance than horizontal type.
