Application:

Hyperboloid mixers are widely applied in environmental protection, chemistry, energy and light industry where the solid, liquid and gas are interflowing, especially in the sewage treatment process of coagulative precipitation tank, equalization pond, anaerobic pond, nitration pond, and denitrifying pond.If the mixer is dry type installation, it's especial suit for the environment with high temperature, high concentration and corrosive liquid.

Construction:

The MH hyperboloid mixer is composed of transmission part, impeller, base and hoisting system.

Hyperboloid agitator can be divided into dry-type and submersible-type according to the installation mode.

  • Dry-type hyperboloid agitator is composed by motor and speed reducer, shock-absorbing seat, stirring shaft, hyperboloid impeller, electric cabinet (optional), Walkway Bridge (equipped by user) and so on.

  • Submersible-type hyperboloid agitator is composed by slings, cables, pedestal and sling frame, motor and speed reducer, hyperboloid impeller, electric cabinet (optional) and so on. As shown in the following figure:

  • (Submersible-type motor is equipped with leak sensor and stator winding over-temperature protection device.)

Maintenance:

It is required to replace gear lubricating oil and clean up the inside oil contamination after the new motor has operated for 200 to 300 hours. You can replace them later within six months to one year.

Regularly check whether the stirring shaft locks nut or not, various connection bolts are loose or not.

Regularly check whether the rotating parts have unusual sounds and there exists temperature rise.

Check the motor insulation when the device does not work for long time before turn it on again, while pay attention to preventing motor and impeller damage caused by difficulty in starting due to long sedimentation of sediment.

 

Transport

It is strictly prohibited to press and collide with the stirring shaft and impeller during the transportation period, which needs to use lifting equipment for loading and unloading, and it is strictly prohibited to scratch the surface of the impeller.

 

Storage:

High temperature, high-humidity environment should be avoided during the long-term storage.The blender shaft should be hung vertically; the impeller should be placed on a plane to prevent from any distortion.
