Product features:
1.The product is a simplest overhead hook demoulding mechanism. Compared with the lifter slide, it occupies smaller installation space;
2.The product is easy to install, and the machining process is simplified, thereby saving the cost;
3.All models of catapult ejector pins are equipped with cushion blocks, copper sleeves and mounting screws;
4.The product can be used alone or two products can be combined. See EE3202 for combined use.
Installation and use instructions:
1.It is installed in the mould core, and the slope of the catapult ejector pin (namely, the back of the cavity) must be fully fitted with the mould core (i.e., ensure the L3 value of fitting length);
2.Catapult stroke (K value) refers to the stroke the highest point for the catapult ejector pin after it is fully ejected. The catapult stroke will be gradually decreased if the highest point is lowered;
3.All holes are machined at right angles to the mould joint;
4.In order to ensure smooth demoulding, it is suggested that the corresponding pattern draft should be formed at the overhead hook position;
5.This catapult ejector pin can be customized.
