Jinhong mold components Two-Stage Ejectors E1860-2 Installation and use instructions:
1.Machine the mounting holes on the mould according to the deepening dimension drawing;
2.Calculate the stroke precisely, and intercept the length of the flange ring and the mandrel. Note that the ejection stroke cannot be adjusted after installation;
3.Fix the flange on the movable mould baseplate by using a hexagonal socket head cap screw, install the middle thread sleeve on the ejector plate B, and fix the central mandrel on the ejector plate A;
4.tap the internal thread at the tail of the mandrel to connect with the central mandrel of the injection molding machine. The thread size varies with the model;
5.Conduct the fit function test to check whether the movement of all parts for the secondary ejection mechanism is smooth and the stroke is consistent. (It is recommended to test on the die spotting machine or the injection molding machine. Do not use the crane.)
6.It is necessary to accurately install (usually install one ejection device on a mould) and accurately calculate the stroke, otherwise the product will be easily damaged.
7.If the mould is required to be repaired, remove the mould clamping device and then conduct the subsequent operation.
